gather.slowdown.threads
Number of threads to use during slowdown period.

Description
This value specifies the maximum number of threads to use during a slowdown period when gathering. It
will only be enforced if all values have been specified for the other gather.slowdown.* parameters.
Caveats
- This setting only affects Filecopy and TRIMPush collections.
Default Value
gather.slowdown.threads=1
The default is to have one gathering thread during a slowdown.
